Submission
Submission Guidelines
Paper Length: The maximum allowable length for your paper is 6 pages, which must include all figures, tables, and references. While the submission of papers longer than 6 pages is generally discouraged, authors may extend their papers up to a total of 8 pages. However, each additional page beyond the 6-page limit will incur a fee. Please note that any paper exceeding 8 pages will be automatically rejected without review.
Format: Submissions should follow the IEEE conference paper format:
1- IEEE Templates
2- Latex Formatting (e.g. Overleaf)
Papers must be written in English.
Only original unpublished contributions are solicited for presentation.
Plagiarism in any form will lead to the rejection of the paper.
Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/ journals) are not allowed.
Papers that are not presented at the conference will be marked as "No-Show" and will not be included in the publication.
Submission Platform: Papers should be submitted through the conference's online submission system EDAS.
Review Process: All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The ICCIAA 2025 paper submission and review processes will be conducted online using the EDAS Conference and Journal Management System. No other submission methods will be accepted. Please follow these instructions to submit your paper.
Step 1: Register/Login on EDAS
Existing EDAS Account:
If you have previously used the EDAS system for any conference, you already have an account. Log in using your existing email as your username. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the EDAS Password Reminder page.
New EDAS Account:
If you are new to EDAS, please create an account by visiting the New EDAS Account page. Remember to save your username and password, as you will need them for future submissions, editing submissions, updating personal details, and submitting final manuscripts.
Step 2: Submitting Your Paper
Go to the ICCIAA 2025 paper submission page.
Follow the instructions on EDAS to submit your full paper. Only submissions made through EDAS will be reviewed and considered for inclusion in the conference.
